1️⃣ Service Description

LaundryHaul provides laundry pickup, cleaning, and delivery services through independent contractors. We serve residential and small business customers in Traverse City and surrounding areas.

2️⃣ Scheduling and Payment

All pickups and deliveries must be scheduled through our website at https://www.laundryhaul.com

Prices are listed on our website and may change at any time.

Same-day express service incurs an additional $10 fee.

Payment is due at the time of scheduling.

3️⃣ Cancellations

Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

Cancellations within the 2 hour window will incur a $15 fee.

4️⃣ Liability

LaundryHaul takes reasonable care in handling your laundry but is not responsible for normal wear and tear, shrinkage, fading, or damage caused by pre-existing conditions (e.g., weak fabric, loose buttons).

In the rare event of loss or damage directly caused by our service, liability is limited to $50 per order.

You must ensure your laundry is ready for pickup at the designated time and location.

You agree not to include hazardous materials (e.g., chemicals, biohazards) in your laundry.
