🧺 What is a “Haul”?

A Haul is one full-service laundry order — we pick up your laundry, wash, dry, fold it, and deliver it back to you. No sorting needed. Just bag it and relax.

💵 How is pricing calculated?

We charge $5 per pickup plus $1.75 per pound, with a 10 lb minimum.
Example pricing:

• 10 lbs = $22.50

• 20 lbs = $40.00

💡 Final weight is recorded at pickup, so your total will be confirmed once we've weighed the laundry.

We currently serve Traverse City, MI and surrounding areas.

📦 What can I include in a Haul?

Most everyday laundry is good to go:

• Clothes, towels, sheets, light blankets

• Gym wear, baby clothes, uniforms

We do not accept:

• Heavily soiled items (blood, pet waste, mold)

• Rugs, weighted blankets, or oversized comforters

• Dry-clean-only or iron-required items

⏱️ How fast is turnaround?

Standard turnaround is 48 hours — pickup to delivery. You’ll get a text when your laundry is on its way back.

⚡ Can I get same-day delivery?

Yes — for an additional $10, we offer same-day turnaround on basic loads.

🧴 What products do you use?

We’ll accommodate detergent preferences whenever possible. Otherwise, your Hauler will use their preferred products.

• Dryer sheets are always included for a soft, fresh finish.

🤝 How does the referral offer work?

Get one free Haul (up to 20 lbs) when you refer a friend and they complete their first order.
Make sure they list your name on the sign-up form!
